Typical for this part of town, the kitchen in this house has seen little more than paint and new flooring in the past 50 years. For this particular kitchen it is an extremely small galley style doubling also as a major circulation route within the house, which makes it feel even smaller. Although there was no real opportunity to increase the actual footprint of this space with some thoughful shifting and closing off one of the doorways we were able add over 8 linear feet of additional countertops, a dishwasher and some new pantry storage.
