Existing elevations were drawn to accurately consider all possible options. Although the cladding of the exsting building showed it's age, the building's structure was in relatively good shape. With this we came up with a plan that salvaged three existing exterior walls which would allow us to "grandfather" the structure and not have to move it further off the property line as current code requires.
